About This Role

Drive lead generation campaigns for final expense and healthcare clients. 3+ years in insurance lead gen required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns for final expense and healthcare insurance clients
  • Manage targeting parameters, budget allocation, and campaign optimization
  • Analyze lead performance data and provide weekly reporting to clients
  • Collaborate with account managers to align lead strategy with client goals
  • Stay current on TCPA regulations and ensure all campaigns remain compliant

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance lead generation
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Deep understanding of TCPA compliance requirements
  • Experience with final expense, Medicare, or ACA lead programs

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of DME or auto lead generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
