Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using WaveTech Solutions services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of WaveTech Solutions services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our platform, regardless of location. WaveTech Solutions operates internationally with offices in the United States and Pakistan.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WaveTech Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of WaveTech Solutions.

2. Description of Services

WaveTech Solutions provides business process outsourcing (BPO) services and lead generation solutions including, but not limited to: Final Expense lead generation, DME (Durable Medical Equipment) lead generation, call center and customer support services, auto trading leads, healthcare lead generation, and back-office BPO services. Services are provided to business clients and are subject to separate service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients using our lead generation services agree to: (a) use leads solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state telemarketing laws; (b) maintain their own do-not-call lists and honor opt-out requests promptly; (c) not resell, redistribute, or share leads with unauthorized third parties; (d) provide accurate information about their business and intended use of leads; and (e) promptly notify WaveTech Solutions of any compliance concerns.

4. TCPA & Telemarketing Compliance

All leads provided by WaveTech Solutions are generated through compliant opt-in processes. However, clients are solely responsible for their own compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry, and all applicable state and federal telemarketing laws when contacting leads. WaveTech Solutions provides consent documentation upon request but does not guarantee that any particular lead will result in a successful contact or sale.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. WaveTech Solutions reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a service agreement or required by applicable law. Disputed charges must be raised within 15 days of invoice date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the WaveTech Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WaveTech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Client data and leads provided to clients remain subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared in connection with services. This includes pricing, business processes, client lists, lead data, and any information designated as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship for a period of three (3) years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaveTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WaveTech Solutions does not warrant that leads will result in sales, that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved. We make no guarantees regarding lead quality beyond what is specified in individual service agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. WaveTech Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use of our services. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Marion County, Ohio, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

WaveTech Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
