BPO Account Manager

About This Role

Manage relationships with BPO clients, oversee campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10–15 BPO clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with clients and present data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure SLA compliance
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management experience in BPO or outsourcing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing client relationships at the director or VP level
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services BPO
  • Background in call center operations
  • Salesforce certification
