About This Role
Manage relationships with BPO clients, oversee campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10–15 BPO clients
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with clients and present data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure SLA compliance
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in BPO or outsourcing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
- Experience managing client relationships at the director or VP level
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services BPO
- Background in call center operations
- Salesforce certification
