Outbound Sales Agent — Final Expense

About This Role
Work with pre-qualified final expense leads. No cold calling — all leads are warm and exclusive.
Responsibilities
- Contact pre-qualified final expense leads and present coverage options
- Follow up with prospects through a structured 7-day contact sequence
- Accurately document all contact attempts and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly production targets
- Maintain full compliance with TCPA and company calling guidelines
Requirements
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to work US business hours (EST/CST)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfort with a high-volume outbound calling environment
Nice to Have
- Experience selling final expense or life insurance
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology
- Experience with CRM platforms
