About This Role
Ensure all lead programs meet TCPA, HIPAA, and CMS requirements. Experience with FCC regulations required.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve all lead generation campaigns for TCPA compliance before launch
- Maintain and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits of consent documentation and calling practices
- Monitor regulatory developments (FCC, CMS, state AG offices) and update policies accordingly
- Respond to consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries
Requirements
- 3+ years of compliance experience in lead generation, insurance, or financial services
- Deep knowledge of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state telemarketing laws
- Experience with CMS marketing guidelines for Medicare programs
- Strong written communication skills for policy documentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and legal teams
Nice to Have
- CIPP/US or similar privacy certification
- HIPAA compliance experience
- Experience responding to FCC or state AG inquiries
